OVERVIEW:

Otherworld Philadelphia is an immersive art and entertainment experience that blends large-scale interactive installations with cutting-edge technology and surreal storytelling. As part of Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group’s nationwide portfolio, Otherworld delivers a truly unique and evolving guest experience.

We are seeking a part-time Exhibit Guide to join our vibrant crew! As an Exhibit Guide, you are at the heart of the Otherworld experience. Your role goes beyond monitoring exhibits – you help bring them to life. From engaging with guests and ensuring their safety to keeping installations at their best, you will be on the front lines of creating memorable experiences. Your mission: transform every visit into an unforgettable adventure and every guest into a lifelong fan.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and interact with guests throughout their visit. Answer questions, share stories, and help visitors connect with our immersive environments – making every experience unforgettable.
• Monitor exhibits and guest activity to ensure a safe environment, maintain pristine conditions, and keep all interactive elements functioning at their best.
• Support daily cleaning and janitorial duties, taking pride in the appearance of Otherworld and ensuring the space always looks its best.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Enthusiastic, approachable, and passionate about providing exceptional guest service.
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, engaging presence.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable – ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old with evening and weekend availability, and have reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in customer or guest service is a plus.
• Able to perform general cleaning tasks and committed to maintaining company standards.
