What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute Teacher position at THIRD WAY CENTER INC?
Third Way Center is seeking Substitute Teachers for Joan Farley Academy and Joan Farley Academy at Lowry. Licensed Substitute Teachers will work in Facility School settings with students ranging in age from 13-21.
Ideal candidates have: classroom management skills, experience working in residential treatment settings and experience working with at risk youth. Substitute Teachers are expected to maintain high expectations for student achievement in alternative/ trauma informed educational settings
Qualifications:Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a field of study related to the work assignment along with a valid Colorado Department of Education Substitute Teaching License. Must be able to pass an extensive background check, including DMV records.
