About Third Wave
Third Wave is a growing residential telecommunications sales company based in Austin, Texas. We partner with internet service providers to help homeowners explore fiber internet options available in their neighborhoods.
We're building a team of motivated, outgoing individuals who want to develop their sales skills, earn performance-based commissions, and have opportunities to grow into leadership roles as our company expands.
This is an in-person, door-to-door sales opportunity. It is not an inside sales, or salaried position.
What You'll Do
- Visit residential neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to available fiber internet services and promotions.
- Engage potential customers in face-to-face conversations.
- Explain internet packages, pricing, and available offers accurately.
- Answer questions, overcome objections, and help interested customers complete service orders.
- Follow company and provider requirements, including applicable solicitation laws and customer-consent procedures.
- Track sales activity and customer orders through approved systems.
Compensation & Earning Potential
- 100% commission-based compensation with no base salary or guaranteed income.
- Earn commissions on qualifying installed and paid customer activations.
- Actual earnings depend on individual sales performance, completed installations, and applicable commission terms.
- Opportunities to advance into leadership positions with additional earning potential as the company grows.

No previous sales experience is required. Experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, retail, hospitality, athletics, or other customer-facing roles is welcome.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have reliable transportation to assigned service areas.
- Must be comfortable conducting in-person residential canvassing.
- Must be able to complete applicable provider onboarding and authorization requirements.
- Must be able to work legally in the United States.
