Job Summary
This is a role for a detail-oriented and organized Assistant for a small office to grow along with the company. The Small-office Assistant will be responsible for handling phone calls with proper etiquette, scheduling client and vendor meetings, providing client support by responding to client requests and resolving issues promptly, providing administrative assistance, and performing various clerical tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities may include scheduling appointments, managing and maintaining CRM data, filling out forms accurately, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining an organized office environment.
Skills
- Strong calendar management skills to effectively coordinate schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office: Excel, Word, and Paint.
- Experience as a clerk or in similar administrative roles is preferred.
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Professional phone etiquette to represent the company positively in all communications.
- Familiarity with Redtail CRM is a plus.
