Key responsibilities include:Client Communication & Intake: Answer phones, respond to emails, schedule appointments, and conduct detailed client intakes, including gathering personal, financial, and asset information.Document Preparation: Draft estate planning documents (wills, powers of attorney, trust documents) and prepare probate pleadings and related filings.Estate Accounting Support: Track estate transactions, prepare inventories, assist with reconciliations, and calculate beneficiary distributions.Probate Administration Assistance: File petitions, monitor deadlines, and coordinate with beneficiaries, creditors, agents, and financial institutions.Case & File Management: Multitask seamlessly across multiple matters, maintain organized physical and electronic files, and uphold strict confidentiality.Attorney Support: Assist with calendar management, billing tasks, correspondence, and other administrative support to streamline operations
