Third Party International (TPI) is seeking a highly skilled Chemical Engineer Consultant with a background in Battery Electrolytes to support a key client in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will have experience in chemical manufacturing processes and a proven track record of driving operational excellence. This role focuses on analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to identify process inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement in battery electrolyte manufacturing.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective action initiatives to resolve production challenges.
- Optimize chemical processes and equipment performance to enhance product quality and consistency.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Provide training and guidance to client teams on CI tools and techniques.
- Track and report progress on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
- Experience in the manufacturing of battery electrolytes or related chemical processes is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies (certifications preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
