Responsibilities
- Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, or over the telephone
- Run a teller window
- Open depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA's)
- Resolve customer issues on the platform
- Assist in all areas of the branch
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of recent retail bank teller experience and/or 3 years of high-volume cashing-handling experience
- Recent experience working on the platform with new account openings and resolving customer issues preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
- Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills
- Exposure to conventional first mortgages is a plus
