Job Summary: The Software PM will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring they meet requirements, deadlines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project scopes, timelines, and resources, facilitating communication across cross-functional teams, performing requirements analysis, and providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders. This role reports to the CTO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for software development initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborates with internal teams to understand user needs, scope, deliverables, and success criteria; drafts initial design of software to meet these needs.
• Assesses feasibility of design and project parameters within time and cost constraints.
• Works with development team to code and designs software applications based on user specifications.
• Collaborates with internal and external systems engineers, and programmers to design systems to support required applications.
• Monitors and assists with software testing and validation procedures and programming.
• Gathers and evaluates user feedback and then assists with modifying software for better usability.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience as software developer or engineer preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• SQL: 2-years’ experience required.
• C#: 2-years’ experience required.
• Swift (iOS): 1-year of experience required.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
• Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting productivity standards.
• The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop; kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear.
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, tablet or mobile device.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Working Conditions:

• Work will be performed in a home office setting and occasionally shared office setting for team meetings.
• Must maintain a HIPAA compliant dedicated space in the home office setting to complete documentation and to conduct telehealth visits. This space must provide privacy to protect PHI/PII and provide a professional backdrop for video conferencing.
• Access to Wi-Fi required.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
