Position Summary
The Raw Materials and Blend Coordinator will ensure the scheduling and delivery of all raw materials and blends to meet the production, blending, and reaction schedules. As required by customer, the RM&B Coordinator will evaluate finished product orders to ensure on-time delivery from Third Coast. Seamless alignment with operational scheduling will allow for optimized performance and customer satisfaction.

The Raw Materials and Blend Coordinator will ensure the scheduling and delivery of all raw materials and blends to meet the production, blending, and reaction schedules. As required by customer, the RM&B Coordinator will evaluate finished product orders to ensure on-time delivery from Third Coast. Seamless alignment with operational scheduling will allow for optimized performance and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Full understanding of customerspecific raw material and supplies requirements.
- Ensure all raw materials and packaging supplies are available prior to scheduled blending and some reaction activities.
- Develop metrics to identify raw material or supply nonconformances and work to make corrective actions.
- Establish relationships with crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Provide operational coverage through staggered work hours, including early morning or evening shifts. This position is expected to be available outside normal business hours, including weekends, to address urgent planning, inventory, scheduling, customer, and productionrelated matters as needed to support continuous operations.
- Develop knowledge of the Dynamics system, extended system tools, and assist stakeholders/vendors with full utilization of these tools.
- Serve as vacation backup for other Planning positions.
- Participate in special projects and fosters a continuous improvement culture to positively impact key performance metrics such as delivery, lead time, and others.
- Maintain proper inventory levels based on current inventory, historical usage, and forecast demand.
- Manage finished goods and stock inventory tank levels.
- Develop daily and weekly blend production and loading schedules.
- Work with other schedulers to coordinate blends going to packaging and transloading to railcars or ISOs/Trailer Trucks.
- Create and provide monthly reports on blend activity. (Including but not limited to daily activity within the plant and other metrics)

- High School Graduate or GED desired but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven production experience in planning and coordinating blending and/or reaction processes.
- Must understand the local vendor base and product knowledge within chemicals and manufacturing technology.
- Ability to communicate using both oral and written skills.
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dynamics.
- Detail oriented with excellent organization skills and good collaboration.
- Technical capacity for process development and attention to detail.
- Problem Solving and Problem Analysis skills.
