What are the responsibilities and job description for the AV Installation Technician position at Third Coast Tech, LLC.?
· This role involves installing audiovisual equipment at customer sites, as well as some presence at the company’s warehouse dealing with rack fabrication and QA testing
· Experience installing a/v equipment in commercial environments, rack fabrication, electromechanical installation, and systems check out
· Installation, configuration, integration and test of videoconferencing, audiovisual equipment (video conference, multimedia, audiovisual, projection systems, displays, cameras, microphones, integrated A/V systems, document cameras, streaming technologies, etc.) and collaboration technologies
· Follow site survey forms, BOM, and Specification templates & Qualifications
· Verifiable and clean background, must have a valid driver's license· Detail-oriented and collaborative team player
· Exposure to AV/IT solutions· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Ability to read Bill Of Materials (BOM), construction & CAD drawings
· Ability to comprehend the signal flow of the audiovisual system schematics
· Ability to work with power tools, hand tools and AV test devices
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
