The Entry Level Assistant Manager role combines direct customer sales with hands-on team leadership. Every Entry Level Assistant Manager starts by personally selling AT&T mobile phones and wireless solutions directly to customers before eventually becoming the one responsible for guiding associates to meet and exceed territory goals.
Entry Level Assistant Manager To-Do List
- Connect with customers to present AT&T mobile phones and plans.
- Conduct in-person consultations and close sales in a residential setting.
