Job Description
The Private Equity New Client Acquisition (NCA) Associate role is a great opportunity to build a foundation in sales, develop business acumen, deepen your understanding of the sales process, and develop lead generation skills within a Sales organization. You will be responsible for supporting the new client acquisition process for the European & US Private Equity business, and partner with the Sales Reps in driving new client opportunities. This skillset is critical for those wanting to pursue a career in frontline sales.
Responsibilities:
- Map and research target Private Equity firm/qualified leads, identifying appropriate contacts and potential hooks for sales opportunities in order to drive forward the sales process.
- Prospect and schedule appointments by cold call, e-mail or external research tools such as LinkedIn to secure meetings for introductory presentations.
- Prepare relevant content and specialist profiles to showcase the full range of Third Bridge’s products and services, and assist on prospective client presentations and demos where required.
- Source relevant specialists to showcase to clients, which may require custom recruitment.
- Support the onboarding process for clients who agree to trial subscriptions, monitor usage and drive relationship development of these clients in collaboration with Client Services.
- Coordinate appointments with prospective clients by preparing and distributing materials and managing logistics of client meetings.
- Monitor private equity market news flow and deal flow on a daily basis
- Provide general sales support by updating Salesforce and logging all contact information and communications within Salesforce as well as providing any general sales rep support or data entry
- Experience with cold outreach to prospect clients
- Client-first mindset; superior client service ethic
- A strong understanding of Third Bridge’s product offering and value proposition for our PE client base
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and growing accounts, fueled by a passion for delivering value to clients
- Demonstrable problem solving, communication and client relationship building and management skills
- Exceptional collaboration, prioritisation, critical thinking, and influencing skills
- Excellent research and investigative abilities
- Ability to drive urgency in the sales cycle and achieve measurable goals
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team

- Salary: $70,000-75,000 basic dependent on experience get rewarded for your success with our commission scheme.
