ThinkTek is seeking an experienced Senior General / Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight in support of a Federal Government customer. This role is responsible for leading complex programs, managing cross-functional teams, implementing operational initiatives, and ensuring successful execution of program objectives while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished program leader with extensive experience managing large-scale federal programs, driving organizational improvements, and delivering high-quality results in a dynamic government environment.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $110,846 – $135,798. This range is a good-faith estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. Final compensation will be based on factors including experience, education, skills, geographic location, internal equity, market data, and applicable contract requirements, and may fall outside the posted range.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in defining program objectives, scope, and performance expectations.
- Plan, manage, and oversee day-to-day program operations to ensure successful execution of contract requirements.
- Ensure projects meet established schedules, budgets, and performance objectives.
- Implement operational mission requirements and support strategic initiatives.
- Conduct requirements analysis, information analysis, and cost-benefit analyses to support informed decision-making.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to government stakeholders.
- Assist clients in achieving stated program objectives through effective planning and execution.
- Coordinate work across multiple projects and functional teams to achieve common program goals.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all deliverables.
- Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impacts.
- Resolve operational issues in a timely manner while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver program status reports, briefings, and presentations to U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) senior leadership and other government stakeholders as required.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior consultants and project staff.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous process improvement across project teams.
- Support organizational transformation initiatives and implementation of program management tools and best practices.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Agency-Specific Public Trust.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experience.
- Relevant experience must include:
- Program and project management
- Talent acquisition
- Meeting facilitation
- Program management toolset implementation
- Organizational transformation initiatives
Required Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
