Position Overview

The Business Process Technology SME serves as the Reporting Team Lead responsible for developing enterprise reporting solutions, business intelligence capabilities, and data visualizations supporting the Concorde platform. This role partners with technical and business stakeholders to transform operational data into actionable insights while leading reporting modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise reporting and business intelligence team.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Develop Power BI reports, visualizations, and performance metrics.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Support Agile development efforts across reporting initiatives.
• Develop reporting standards, governance, and best practices.
• Support enterprise deployment of reporting and visualization platforms.
• Analyze business processes and recommend technology improvements.
• Support Operations & Maintenance activities for existing reporting solutions.
• Mentor reporting developers and coordinate strategic reporting initiatives.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 10 years supporting enterprise reporting and business intelligence initiatives within Agile development environments.
• 5 years of experience with enterprise reporting, data management, and visualization tools.
• Strong experience developing Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
• Experience deploying enterprise-wide reporting solutions.
• 5 years leading technical teams and strategic reporting initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
  
  

Pay Range

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $158,846 – $200,798. This range is a good-faith estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. Final compensation will be based on factors including experience, education, skills, geographic location, internal equity, market data, and applicable contract requirements, and may fall outside the posted range.
