Position Overview
ThinkTek is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support government program execution through the development, maintenance, and analysis of integrated master schedules. The successful candidate will provide schedule management, reporting, and coordination support to ensure program activities, milestones, and requirements remain aligned with established plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update the Government Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in support of program execution.
• Monitor schedule status, baseline variances, critical and driving paths, milestones, and future schedule forecasts.
• Brief IMS status and schedule performance to Government stakeholders as required.
• Facilitate schedule planning and update meetings to incorporate new scope, requirements, and program activities.
• Provide weekly schedule updates and recurring IMS reports, including 30/60/90-day outlooks, variance reports, past-due task reports, and milestone summaries.
• Develop scheduling graphics and visual schedule products using tools such as OnePager Pro.
• Develop ad-hoc schedules and schedule products to support individual projects and emerging program requirements.
• Coordinate with program stakeholders to collect schedule updates, identify risks and dependencies, and maintain schedule accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance.
• 2 years experience developing and maintaining integrated master schedules in a government or program management environment.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling principles, dependencies, milestones, critical paths, and schedule variance analysis.
• 1 years experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling tools; experience with OnePager Pro is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and reporting skills.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $55,030 - $65,020. This range is a good-faith estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. Final compensation will be based on factors including experience, education, skills, geographic location, internal equity, market data, and applicable contract requirements, and may fall outside the posted range.
