Acquisition Liaison

ThinkTek LLC is an SBA-certified 8(a) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing program and project management, strategic planning, systems engineering, and IT operations support to federal government clients.

ThinkTek is seeking an Acquisition Liaison to support coordination between government stakeholders and acquisition and contracting teams. The successful candidate will assist with acquisition planning, procurement coordination, market research, and contract-related activities while helping ensure acquisition requirements are clearly communicated and appropriately supported. This role requires knowledge of federal acquisition processes, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and government contracting mechanisms, along with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Coordinate with government stakeholders and acquisition personnel to support procurement requirements and acquisition activities.

• Assist with acquisition planning, market research, and the development of procurement strategies.

• Support acquisitions involving various contract types, including Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Cost-Reimbursement, Labor Hour (LH), and Time-and-Materials (T&M) contracts.

• Apply knowledge of the FAR and applicable acquisition procedures, including:

  • GSAR Subpart 538.71 and Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) acquisitions.

  • FAR Part 12: Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

  • FAR Part 13: Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

Pay Range

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $74,030 - $80,020. This range is a good-faith estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. Final compensation will be based on factors including experience, education, skills, geographic location, internal equity, market data, and applicable contract requirements, and may fall outside the posted range.
