Role Description
We are seeking an experienced commercial contracts attorney to work directly with Thinkof leadership to manage, draft, and negotiate a wide range of agreements. This role is focused on protecting the company while enabling fast business execution. You will oversee contract lifecycle management and ensure all agreements align with company strategy, risk tolerance, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor, partnership, SaaS, and enterprise client contracts
Establish contract standards, templates, and approval workflows
Identify legal and financial risks in agreements and provide clear mitigation strategies
Manage contract lifecycle from intake through execution and renewal
Support negotiations with vendors and strategic partners
Collaborate with leadership on deal structuring and business terms
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and industry standards
Coordinate with external counsel when needed
Qualifications
Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one jurisdiction
Strong experience in commercial contracts and contract negotiations
Experience in technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity agreements preferred
Ability to assess risk quickly and provide practical business advice
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
Fluent professional English required
