As we expand in the U.S and European markets, we are building a world-class marketing engine to position ThinkingData as a category leader in analytics for gaming.Role OverviewWe're looking for a Content Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, creator, and manager. You will own the full content lifecycle from planning and writing to publishing and optimizing and shape how North American & European studios discover, evaluate, and adopt ThinkingData. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll create content across formats (blogs, case studies, eBooks, webinars, product explainers, social content, etc.), manage our content calendar, and help build a repeatable content engine. This role will evolve into managing additional writers and designers within a few months.What You'll DoContent Strategy & PlanningDevelop and manage a monthly/quarterly content calendar aligned with marketing and business prioritiesConduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide high-impact content opportunitiesIdentify content gaps and proactively pitch new ideas for gaming studios, product teams, and data leadersContent CreationWrite clear, compelling, high-quality content across formats:Blog articlesCase studies & customer storieseBooks, guides & whitepapersWebinars & thought-leadership outlinesWebsite and landing page copyProduct releases & feature contentEnsure all content matches our brand voice and supports SEO conversion goalsSEO, Growth & ReportingOptimize all content for search performance and readabilityTrack and report on organic traffic, engagement, and content-driven conversionsDrive consistent growth in website visibility and keyword rankingsSocial Media & DistributionManage social media planning and posting (primarily LinkedLinkedIn)Create engaging visual and written content tailored to each platformDrive distribution for major content pieces across email, social, and partner channelsDesign & Creative SupportUse Canva and Adobe tools to create:On-brand graphicsPitch decksSimple illustrations or diagramsVisual assets for blogs, social media, and eBooksCollaborate and manage external designers Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with product, sales, and data teams to turn insights into high-value contentSupport event marketing with session descriptions, speaker content, and recap materialsBuild templates, improve workflows, sales enablement and contribute to a scalable content engineWhat We're Looking For7 years in content marketing, copywriting, or a growth/content-focused roleExceptional writing skills with a strong portfolio (long-form creative technical)Experience owning a content calendar and publishing workflowStrong understanding of SEO and building long-term organic growthHands-on experience managing social media for a brand (especially LinkedIn)Proficiency in Canva and basic Adobe tools (Illustrator/Photoshop)Ability to create eBooks, guides, case studies, webinar materials, etc.Strong project management and organization skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-moving, startup-like environment
