This is not a traditional behind-the-scenes tax role. You will have the ability to lead engagements, provide strategic tax guidance, and collaborate directly with business owners and leadership teams across a variety of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, and professional services.

Responsibilities:
Review & prep complex tax returns
Lead client engagements across diverse industries
Cultivate strong client relationships
Mentor and guide staff accountants
Drive firm growth as a stakeholder
Qualifications:
Years of experience working at a public accounting firm in the tax space
Experience working with clients in one or more of the following industries: Manufacturing, Construction, Distribution, ESOP, Professional Services, Family Business, Nonprofits, Transportation, Veterinary
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Outstanding client service and communication skills
Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment
