Our team has had long-standing success placing Tax Seniors and Tax Management CPAs with this firm. We recently placed a Tax Senior who wanted a better work life balance, great company culture, and a clear path to management.
JOB:
In this role, Tax Seniors build relationships with high-profile clients across various industries, providing tax advice and reviewing returns prepared by top-tier Tax Associates. They focus on solving complex issues and have the potential to travel to client sites and other office locations, but most clients are within the tri-state area and the Indianapolis office is the furthest office location. The position offers a base salary of $75K-$105K, along with a senior mentorship program for career guidance and goal setting.
