Job Description:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist (PsyD, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT or similar independent licensure) to join our dynamic and growing team. This position is ideal for someone who values a positive work culture, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals. Ideal clinicians work with BIPOC/AAPI, immigrant, neurodivergent, and marginalized populations. We will support you in working with the clients you want while providing a growth-oriented atmosphere.
**If you have existing clients to bring in, we are happy to work with you to continue their care**
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions with a focus on client-centered, evidence-based practices.
- Create and maintain personalized treatment plans that foster growth and healing.
- Utilize appropriate assessments to help track measurable therapeutic progress.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with a team of therapists to share insights and provide comprehensive care.
- Implement culturally-proficient therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with our core values.
Qualifications:
- Active or pending licensure in one of the following: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD.
- A strong commitment to evidence-based and ethical practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
