Job Summary
ThinkFast Cleaning Services is currently hiring Window Cleaning Technicians for both part-time and full-time positions. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
We’re looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team mindset. Experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or related trades such as painting, roofing, or gutter work is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate.
Schedule
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
- 8-hour shifts
- No nights
- Flexible scheduling available
Responsibilities
- Perform professional window cleaning on residential and commercial properties (up to 3 stories)
- Safely operate ladders and company equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
- Follow company safety procedures and guidelines at all times
- Accurately complete job notes and work records
- Assist team members and perform other exterior cleaning tasks as needed
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Physically able to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements / Work Conditions
- Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work outdoors for extended periods
- Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops when necessary
- Exposure to changing weather conditions throughout the seasons
Compensation & Perks
- Base Pay: $20–$24/hour depending on experience
- Tips performance bonuses
