Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
At least 2 years experience delivering AI, ML, or GenAI initiatives in technical project or program management
Strong understanding of the end-to-end AI and ML lifecycle including data preparation, model training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization
Familiarity with GenAI concepts and technologies such as large language models, transformers, and prompt engineering
Handson experience implementing Agile practices and tooling, including designing and configuring Jira workflows from scratch
Working knowledge of enterprise data and technology ecosystems, including cloud data platforms, APIs, and integration with ERP, LIMS, or historian systems
Ability to manage complex crossfunctional teams and coordinate technical and business stakeholders
Willingness to work onsite in Wilmington, Delaware at least four days per week
