What You'll Do:
Center Operations Support:
- Assist the Center Manager with the day-to-day operations to help ensure a smooth class and scheduling flow
- Provide a warm and professional front-desk experience by being the first point of contact for families and students
- Assist with the monitoring of student progression and satisfaction
- Support administrative tasks as required by Learning Center Manager such as scheduling and resource preparation
- Assist with local marketing activities such as community events, local school outreach, and local partnerships
- Contribute to center growth by fostering trust and engagement with families, promoting student satisfaction and referrals, and supporting ongoing retention efforts.
- Support the onboarding and scheduling of tutors and staff
- Help organize internal communications and team updates
- Contribute to building a collaborative, professional, and fun team culture
- Friendly, dependable, and organized personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and working with families
- Based in the Bay Area and available for in-person work
- Experience in education, customer service, or operations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing one) preferred
- Develop leadership, communication, and operational management skills
- Learn directly from experienced Center Managers and HQ mentors
- Progress toward a full-time Center Manager role
Salary : $20 - $25
