Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Answer and direct phone calls to relevant parties
- Manage office supplies inventory and perform orders as necessary
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for meetings
- Greet and assist visitors to the office with professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
