- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle reservation bookings.
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
- Process payments and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and hotel management software.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
