Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events from conception through to completion, ensuring that every aspect aligns with our organization’s goals and standards
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, from inception to execution.
- Develop event concepts and themes in collaboration with clients and team members.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation, contracts, and service delivery.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for each event.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio/visual needs, and decor.
- Coordinate on-site event activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
