Bottling Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic working shop manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our small bottling operation. The shop manager's responsibilities include enforcing company policies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, delegating work-crew roles, and ensuring that crew members continue to be productive and focused throughout the day.

Shop manager should have excellent people management skills and a good communication skills.

Shop Manager Responsibilities:

• Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating employees.
• Conveying the daily objectives with employees.
• Addressing employee disputes, questions, and concerns.
• Ensuring all staff adhere to safety standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Recording, and managing inventory.
• Ensuring the shop is adequately stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
• Motivating employees to reach production goals within requested timelines.

Shop Manager Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience in a management or manufacturing position.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Being duel lingual (English & Spanish) is highly desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
