We are looking for an enthusiastic working shop manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our small bottling operation. The shop manager's responsibilities include enforcing company policies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, delegating work-crew roles, and ensuring that crew members continue to be productive and focused throughout the day.
Shop manager should have excellent people management skills and a good communication skills.
Shop Manager Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating employees.
- Conveying the daily objectives with employees.
- Addressing employee disputes, questions, and concerns.
- Ensuring all staff adhere to safety standards, company policies, and procedures.
- Recording, and managing inventory.
- Ensuring the shop is adequately stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Motivating employees to reach production goals within requested timelines.
Shop Manager Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Previous experience in a management or manufacturing position.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Being duel lingual (English & Spanish) is highly desired.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
