Embroidery/Production Assistant Position

Think Local Printing is a family-owned custom apparel and decoration shop in Uxbridge, MA, offering in-house screen printing, embroidery, DTF, heat press since 2015. We're looking for a dedicated, creative team member who can get excited about turning art into apparel.

RESPONSIBILITIES: This individual will be responsible for operating the embroidery machine and heat press, including managing the embroidery schedule, setting up and running embroidery-ready files, making minor adjustments to digitized files, and trimming and finishing goods neatly and consistently. Additional responsibilities include keeping machines clean and running smoothly, managing embroidery supplies, reclaiming screens, and assisting on the screen print press with quality control, folding, boxing, and pulling shirts. May work in other areas as assigned based on workload.

REQUIREMENTS: Some experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person. Must have clear vision, correct color perception, and strong hand-eye coordination. Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and open to feedback. Must be able to read proofs and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Must be able to lift packages up to 40lbs.

Job Type: Full-time (4–5 days/week)

Pay: From $18.00

Typical Work Hours: Mon: 8am–4pm, Tues–Fri: 9am–5pm, 1 hour unpaid lunch (mandatory unless approved), 2x 10-minute paid breaks

Experience: Embroidery machine experience preferred, not required
