We're looking for passionate, polished, and welcoming PM Hosts/Hostesses to join our team! Shift runs from 4:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
As the first point of, you'll set the tone for every guest's experience. You'll greet with warmth, manage reservations and seating efficiently, and help ensure our service runs seamlessly.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and walk-ins using OpenTable or Seven Rooms, anticipating guest needs, such as noting allergies or special requests.
- Escort guests to their tables with grace, presenting menus and introducing them to their server.
- Maintain the pristine appearance of the host stand and entrance area at all times.
- Handle phone calls with excellent etiquette, managing inquiries and reservations.
- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Host/Hostess in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to multi-task
- Professional, polished, and confident presence
- Ability to manage OpenTable or similar reservation systems (a plus)
- Works well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic
- Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed
