Position Summary
A Game Master is responsible for running escape game experiences, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and supporting day-to-day operations. This position requires multitasking, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude to ensure guests have the best possible experience from the moment they walk through the door.
I. Responsibilities
As a Game Master, you will be responsible for:
Game Operation:
- Run up to four games simultaneously while monitoring guest progress.
- Provide hints and guidance to keep games fun and engaging.
- Reset games quickly and accurately between sessions.
Guest Services:
- Greet and check in guests at the start of their experience.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle booking inquiries.
- Operate the POS system and process payments accurately.
Facility Cleanliness & Organization:
- Clean and maintain the lobby, GM room, office, workshop, back area, storefront, and all game spaces.
- Keep storage areas and GM room properly organized.
Operations Support:
- Assist with minor repairs to games or props.
- Monitor and communicate in the staff group chat to stay up to date on tasks, schedules, and policies.
II. Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of power tools and minor repairs preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
- Familiarity with Node-RED or M3 systems preferred
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Physically able to:
- Run and move quickly as needed
- Climb a ladder safely
- Lift up to 30 lbs

Job Type: Part-time
Base Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
