Job Overview
The primary responsibility of a Think Environmental Site Supervisor is to oversee a site(s) and ensure compliance per EPA Method 21. The Site Supervisor will be working in a refinery and must understand local, state and federal regulations. You should be able to work independently while communicating any findings to the manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure site compliance
- Train and maintain technicians as needed
- Maintain a high level of safety for your site
- Maintain client relations
- Be open minded to sell and find new opportunities
- Present various findings to clients
- Perform other daily routine tasks as required
Basic Qualifications
- Industrial/plant experience preferred
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to perform work in adverse weather conditions (heat/cold, inclement weather)
- Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to work at heights of 100 feet
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen and physical
- Be a self-motivated individual who takes initiative to solve problems
Requirements
- 3 years of industry experience preferred, but not required
- 3 years of LDAR experience
