The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning and maintenance tasks, including commercial cleaning and custodial services. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep in residential and commercial environments.
Duties
- Execute commercial cleaning duties, ensuring all areas are kept clean and presentable.
- Dusting
- Vacuuming
- Disinfecting
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Cleaning windows
- Cleaning kitchens, restrooms, appliances.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in porter services, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites.
