Think Bright Marketing is seeking an agile, highly consultative Account Executive to serve as the strategic anchor for our client partnerships.
Let’s be clear out of the gate: We are not looking for a traditional outbound hunter. We are not asking you to cold-call or manufacture new business from thin air. We have an active, steady stream of incoming interest from prospects who want our marketing services, alongside a stellar portfolio of existing clients.
Your mission is to manage existing client demand and onboard incoming clients. You will deeply understand their business goals, match them to our proven marketing systems, and manage expectations seamlessly. Success in this role isn’t about aggressive cold-pitching; it is about thoroughness, consultative execution, and system-driven retention. When our clients win and stay, we grow.
- Consultative Account Management: Serve as the primary strategic partner for our existing client portfolio, ensuring our marketing execution aligns perfectly with their business objectives.
- Inbound Demand Onboarding: Handle incoming inquiries and guide warm prospects through our strategic onboarding framework, establishing trust and setting clear, successful expectations from day one.
- System-Driven Retention & Growth: Master the Think Bright internal marketing system to ensure flawless delivery. You understand that meticulous detail and excellent client execution are the ultimate retention and growth tools.
- Brand Mindshare Expansion: Collaborate closely with internal leadership over the next 6 to 12 months to support social media promotions and expand our overall market presence.
- Strategic Client-Team Liaison: Act as the critical bridge and filter between the client and our internal delivery team. You will vet all client requests through a strict internal framework ("Can we do this? Should we do this?") to protect our scope of work and ensure alignment before passing any tasks to the production team.
- Timeline & Pipeline Guardrails: Partner with the delivery team to establish, respect, and communicate realistic timelines to the client. You are responsible for ensuring the client understands exactly when their marketing deliverables will be completed, preventing team bottlenecks and managing expectations on both sides.
- High Cognitive Agility ("A Fast Processor"): You think on your feet, absorb complex client challenges quickly, and can read a room instantly.
