As we expand our work with schools, businesses, and custom clients, we’re ready to add another reliable, detail-oriented person to our team.
We’re looking for someone who can keep our production space running smoothly, support our e-commerce fulfillment, and take pride in delivering clean, organized, high-quality work. This role works closely with our small Saratoga team and plays a big part in how efficiently our operation runs each day.
Position: Inventory & Fulfillment Specialist
Location: Saratoga Springs, NY
Flexible Weekday Hours
Ideal for someone looking for a daytime schedule while kids are in school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily order fulfillment, packaging products neatly and consistently.
- Track inventory across our warehouse and storage units; restock supplies when needed.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient.
- Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive, friendly work environment.
- Optional: Support local school installations as needed (carrying materials, prepping surfaces, helping installers).
- Optional: Contribute to social media, email marketing, or customer service if you have experience or interest.
Qualifications:
- Technologically comfortable; ability to learn new systems quickly (e.g., shipping software).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing neat, accurate work.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently without constant direction.
- Able to lift 50 lbs as part of daily workflow.
- A team player with a friendly attitude and strong communication skills.
- Quick learner who isn’t afraid to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Bonus: Experience in inventory management, packaging, or customer support.
