Core Job Responsibilities & Duties
Security Patrols
- Conduct regular patrols of both Holiday Inn and LaQuinta properties
- Monitor parking lots for suspicious activity and safety concerns.
- Ensure the overall security of both properties.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns as directed by the front desk agent.
- Address minor maintenance issues, such as trash removal and basic cleaning tasks.
- Monitor for fire safety hazards and take appropriate action.
- Immediately contact local authorities in case of emergencies.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Primarily overnight shifts.
- Flexible schedule required.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust and noise.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
