Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager position located in New Albany, IN. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects, including planning, coordinating, budgeting, and managing resources to ensure successful execution. Responsibilities include ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, conducting inspections, managing logistics, expediting processes, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to facilitate project success and maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and maintaining compliance and quality standards
- Skills in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials and resources
- Proficiency in Inspection and ensuring alignment with safety and regulatory standards
- Expertise in Logistics Management to coordinate and streamline project operations
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in water and wastewater construction projects is a strong asset
