The individual in this role will be on the right hand of job leadership, supporting Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Project Superintendents in completing
Project planning;
Project execution;
Evaluating job plans, layouts and surveys;
Documenting job progress with pictures and notes in Thieneman systems;
The managers' weekly recap;
Attends daily start up meetings;
Reporting by gathering information and updating reporting with accurate data.
In addition, the individual will learn
A safety mindset
Project progression
Team dynamics and team work
Reading drawings, and
What a hands on career really is.

Essential And Required Qualifications And Skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficient computer, cell phone and email skills
- Commitment to working safely
- Exhibit a work and interaction style that mirrors Thieneman values throughout the workday
- Results-oriented
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire work shift of 8, 10 or longer hours
- Ability to work on jobsites in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to communicate clearly.
