We are looking for an experienced Meat Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the meat industry and be able to accurately cut and prepare a variety of meats for sale. This position requires an individual with excellent knife skills, knowledge of food safety regulations, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and takes pride in providing customers with quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and shape meat products to customer specifications.
- Weigh and package meat products for sale.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
- Operate and maintain meat cutting equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of meat products cut and packaged.
- Follow all safety procedures when handling sharp knives and other tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
