Job Summary:
We are looking for an in-office Payroll Administrator to manage payroll records and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. This would include the collection and processing of payroll information, tax reporting, and resolving payroll-related issues. In addition, the Payroll Administrator would also have some HR tasks like administering employee benefit programs, advising on company compliance, building employee relations, and maintaining our HRIS. General office tasks such as answering the phones, and customer service are required.
Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of basic payroll, tax, and wage laws.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Demonstrated ability to maintain an important level of confidentiality with data and sensitive materials.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organization ability.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be motivated, reliable, and have proficient MS Office skills.
- Be an effective team player.
- Have exacting standards of customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- 2 Years of Payroll experience is required.
- 1-3 years of Prior HR Experience is a plus.
