Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles both inside and out, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and waxing to achieve a flawless finish
- Execute advanced car wash procedures utilizing professional equipment and techniques to ensure optimal results
- Apply buffing and polishing techniques to restore paintwork and remove surface imperfections
- Conduct window tinting applications with attention to detail for a sleek, professional look
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas by performing janitorial and custodial tasks, ensuring a safe and organized workspace
- Assist with vehicle reconditioning tasks such as minor repairs, paint touch-ups, and surface preparation
- Drive vehicles safely within the lot or to designated locations as needed during the detailing process
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude towards clients and team members
- Experience with car wash systems, detailing procedures, buffing, and cleaning techniques
- Knowledge of custodial or janitorial practices to maintain a tidy work environment
- Ability to operate vehicle-related equipment safely and efficiently, including driving skills for moving vehicles around the lot or shop floor
- Familiarity with window tinting application processes is a plus
- Attention to detail with an eye for quality craftsmanship in every vehicle finished
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles enhances understanding of cleanliness standards
