Our client is seeking a Fannie Mae DUS Multifamily CRE Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a major loan portfolio acquisition and migration initiative involving the onboarding of multifamily commercial real estate loans into internal banking systems.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Support migration and onboarding of multifamily CRE loan portfolios into internal systems
- Provide SME guidance on Fannie Mae DUS servicing, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Validate loan data, servicing records, and portfolio mapping activities
- Partner with business, operations, servicing, and technology teams throughout migration efforts
- Assist with issue resolution, process validation, and operational readiness activities
- Support portfolio conversion and servicing workflow initiatives
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Fannie Mae DUS Multifamily / CRE loans
- Deep understanding of DUS servicing workflows and reporting requirements
- Experience supporting loan portfolio acquisitions, conversions, or migration initiatives
- Strong knowledge of multifamily and commercial real estate lending operations
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
