Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Treatment Coordinator located in Hutto, TX. The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for educating patients about treatment plans, discussing financial options, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth transitions throughout the patient’s treatment journey. A key responsibility includes building strong relationships with patients and providing excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction. Administrative tasks to support the dental team and maintain accurate records are also essential to this role.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills to build rapport with patients and effectively convey treatment information.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling, record-keeping, and coordination tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of dental or healthcare terminology and familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards.

- Comfort with using dental software and basic computer applications.
