• Advanced Technology Platform: We are a fully digital, paperless office. Our hygiene department utilizes Primescan intraoral scanners and Vatech Green CBCT 3D imaging to deliver highly accurate, visual patient education.
• Laser-Assisted Periodontal Therapy: We believe in advanced standard-of-care workflows. This position requires an active laser certification, as soft-tissue laser therapy is fully integrated into our periodontal protocols.
• Brilliance in the Basics: We respect your time and energy. We utilize an efficient Cassette & Procedure Bin system to ensure your setup and clean-up workflows are smooth, organized, and lightning-fast.
• The PAS Communication Model: Our entire team speaks the same language. We support your clinical recommendations by leveraging high-resolution intraoral photography to help patients truly co-diagnose their oral health needs.

What We Are Looking For

• Clinical Integrity: A clinician who performs exceptionally thorough scaling, root planing, and prophylaxis.
• Laser Proficiency: A professional confident in utilizing soft-tissue lasers for decontamination and periodontal therapy.
• Patient-First Communicators: Someone who naturally connects with patients, listens to their concerns, and provides a compassionate, low-anxiety experience (made easier by our heated massage chairs and ceiling-mounted TVs!).
• Team Partners: A hygienist who collaborates seamlessly with our Associate Dentist and team during comprehensive exams.

Requirements

• Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Current certification in dental laser therapy.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience is preferred, but we welcome high-energy, detail-oriented new graduates with exceptional clinical eyes.
