Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Brand Management
· Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy with clear KPIs.
· Oversee brand development, brand audit visual identity, tone of voice, and customer experience.
· Lead cross-functional collaboration across departments and external vendors.
Content Marketing & Clinical Thought Leadership
· Lead creation of compelling healthcare content tailored to clinicians, providers, and patients.
· Oversee development of whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, websites blogs prescription guides, and print collaterals. with AI-assisted copy and layout generation.
· Drive SEO and SEM strategies using keyword clustering and dynamic content optimization.
Public Relations & Communications
· Serve as the brand’s primary media spokesperson and strategist.
· Build strong media relationships, secure press coverage, and draft press releases, op-eds, and healthcare articles.
· Lead crisis communication planning and reputation management initiatives, using AI-based sentiment analysis and review monitoring tools.
Social Media, Community Engagement & Reputation Management
· Manage a robust, AI-augmented social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, GMB, TikTok, etc.).
· Use AI tools to generate, schedule, and analyze high-performance content.
· Build partnerships with healthcare professionals, local organizations, and influencers.
· Monitor and respond to online reviews using automated tools to maintain trust and credibility.
Lead Generation & Campaign Management
· Design and implement high-converting lead gen funnels using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic media.
· Create and optimize landing pages using A/B testing, heatmaps, and AI-generated UX suggestions.
· Develop marketing dashboards and reporting tools to measure ROI, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
Events, Webinars & Trade Shows
· Plan and execute pharmacy-focused events, conferences, webinars, and health fairs.
· Develop promotional materials, manage event logistics, and ensure brand consistency.
Email Marketing
· Responsible for multiple email marketing campaigns with defined KPI
Project and Vendor Management
· Manage external vendors for website, graphic design, video and photo editors etc.
· Manage other high priority marketing projects assigned by management
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, PR, or related field (MBA preferred).
· 5 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or life sciences.
· Proven track record in marketing leadership, PR execution, and campaign success.
· Strong proficiency in AI and marketing technologies (ChatGPT, Jasper, Salesforce, Prowly, Canva, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).
· Excellent writing, storytelling, and content development skills—both clinical and end user-facing.
· Skilled in Google AdWords, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM, CRM management, and marketing automation.
· Experience managing teams, budgets, vendors, and analytics dashboards.
· Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and networking abilities.
· Willingness to travel up to 20%
