The Upfit
Technician is responsible for the consistent and quality upfit installations of
truck accessories and service repairs on various truck bodies.
- Complete consistent and quality installs of
truck accessories
Including but not limited to lift gates, shelving units, tool boxes, body components and lighting systems - Complete custom service repairs on commercial
vehicles and flatbeds
service repairs on truck bodies - Document the cause and corrections for all repairs
- Fabricating custom mounting brackets
- Read and follow detailed work orders, installation drawings, blueprints, etc.
