Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist - New York / New Jersey - Full Time
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute employee volunteer programs, including organizing events, logistics, and engagement activities across the U.S.
- Build and lead the CSR Champions Network, driving participation, communication, and volunteer mobilization nationally.
- Oversee volunteer operations systems, including tracking participation, reporting impact metrics
- Develop and deliver CSR communications, such as newsletters, presentations, reports, and content for internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with nonprofit partners to create and execute community engagement and volunteer initiatives (health, education, environment).
- Support CSR training and employee engagement, including webinars, roadshows, and leadership development programs.
- Drive corporate philanthropy activities, including donation processes, partner payments, and contribution tracking.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to recruit volunteers, support STEM initiatives, and scale CSR impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 6-8 years related work experience in volunteer management, communications, cross-functional and cross-disciplinary project management and business experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with nonprofits and managing volunteer programs and events
- Experience actively building and maintaining strong relationships with business professionals and organizations
- Superb communications including writing, editing and presentation skills
- Understanding of CSR and Human Resources principles and practices
- Open to 30% travel within the United States
