You’re a paid media pro who doesn’t just execute—you lead, question, iterate and elevate. At our company (a leader in the direct electronic consumer goods space), you’ll be the engine behind both D2C and B2B paid efforts, sculpting campaigns that not only convert, but build brand, audience understanding, and long-term growth. You’ll bring a hybrid mindset: tactical execution with strategic vision, always grounded in analytics, experimentation and customer-obsession.


**This position works onsite Monday - Friday**


Your Role: What You’ll Do

  • Lead the build, optimization and scaling of paid media campaigns across Google Search & Shopping, YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and emerging platforms (TikTok, Pinterest) as applicable.
  • Collaborate with creative, product and marketing teams to test ad copy, creative assets, landing pages and the full user journey making sure brand experience stays consistent across D2C and B2B paths.
  • Dive into data: analyze performance trends (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.), audience behavior, funnel metrics, attribution models and use these insights to direct campaign pivots and channel investment decisions.
  • Own keyword research, audience profiling (demographics, interests, intent), competitive intelligence and channel/market opportunity identification, especially where D2C meets commercial/industrial buyers.
  • Set, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across paid channels—conversions, revenue attribution, cost efficiency, audience optimization with application to internal numbers and clarity to senior leadership.
  • Lead testing and experimentation: ad formats, new platforms, audience segments, creative variations, landing page flows documenting learnings and creating repeatable frameworks.
  • Collaborate with broader marketing team to ensure brand consistency, messaging alignment, and that campaigns feed into broader marketing ecosystem.
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform changes, privacy/ad-tech shifts and proactively propose new paid media strategies when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (or equivalent proven experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on paid media experience (Google Ads, Meta family, Display/Video, Pinterest/TikTok or similar) with demonstrated success. (If you have 4-5 years with strong results, that’s great.)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, comfortable with data, setting and measuring attribution models, digging into performance dashboards and making actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, experimental environment. You test, you learn, you iterate. You tolerate ambiguity and adapt.
  • Love for web analytics and media tech, conversion tracking, UTM parameters, pixel implementation, third-party tools, campaign tagging and attribution frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to translate complex data into clear insight, collaborate cross-functionally, and present to leadership.
  • Bonus Experience:
  • Experience managing paid media across both consumer (D2C) and commercial/industrial/B2B segments.
  • Experience migrating platforms, or with complex site structures (especially relevant if we’re migrating to Shopify Plus).
  • Experience mentoring or leading others, building process/structure in paid media function.
