We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions, managing office activity, and participating in team leadership meetings. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong customer service orientation. Additionally, the Office Manager should have experience in sales/financial management and be comfortable working with a variety of computer programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Oversee a team of 10.
- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures.
- Ensure accuracy of sales and accounting records and documents.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Maintain systems for records, reports, and documents.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in office administration or related field preferred.
Experience
- At least three years of office management/administrative experience required.

Pay: $57,500.00 - $63,000.00 per year
