Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities include
- Monitors and updates delayed shipments daily in ERP software program.
- Manages and tracks complex orders to ensure timely scheduling and shipments.
- Able to read and interpret customer purchase order specifications and coordinate requirements with various department within Thermon and vendors, as required.
- Coordinates and processes sales orders for internal and external customers.
- Primary point of contact for customers. Acts as liaison between sales, Thermon reps, final customers and internal Thermon departments.
- Able to follow order management processes and documentation for accurate transactions.
- Assists and provides guidance to sales managers, sales personnel, reps and final customers with order management processes & procedures, INCOTERMS, proforma invoices, commercial invoices & shipping documentation.
- Maintains contact with Thermon's affiliate offices, customers, reps and inspectors regarding order status and provides timely notification of delays.
- Coordinates new orders/new customers' processes for payment terms, mode of delivery, customer setup in Dynamics AX/D365 prior to order entry.
- Enters and invoices orders in Dynamics AX/D365 ERP system.
- Assists Order Fulfilment Manager with additional responsibilities.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant order processing for a manufacturing company.
- Experience with an ERP software system. Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
